System mounting starts with the transport of the finished part foundations on a prepared cleanness layer. Girders are installed on reinforced elastomers on the foundation layer. By means of thread rod and screwed on steel sheets the girders are fixed against lateral movements. On the top site of the platform disks on elastomer layers are hung up and aimed.
On the surface of the platform disks gaps are planned to the installation of the blind control system. The tread of the platform edge is integrated into the disk. Openings for the continuous prefabricated parts or manhole coverings can be arranged according to your specifications. The treads show the demanded surface and structured face according to German Institute for Standardization 32984 or module 812.02 of the DB AG.
The platform incline of 2% is integrated into the finished part disk. The middle platforms drain at the middle.
