Tunnel21

Tuunel21 is a modular system which is assembled from prefabricated elements. The system elements are mounted with minimal impact on the traffic flow. The quality corresponds to that of a cast-in-place concrete structure with the advantage of lower costs and a quicker execution.

The planning is carried out in our own technical office - hence, an assistance is guaranteed already in the planning phase by our certified employees ! The planning phase consists of the following points: • Consultation • Design planning • Support with the plan statement • Shell planning • Static-constructive treatment • Extent planning The whole management of the project ist centrally directed and coordinated by us - as a general contractor we are your partner up to turnkey discharge. The main construction time for an average tunnel passage (25meters long tube and 4 stairs) amounts to approx. 4 weeks. With underpasses lying in the ground water the construction we will need an additional 2 weeks. If the possibility of a complete blockage of the traffic is given, underpasses with sealing can be built in a short insertion - only approx. 40 hours are necessary for a 15-m-long tube! More than 300 underpasses were already realised with our system! A number which speaks for itself!
